Rudest and Most Inept Staff - Ever!
Booked this hotel because of the pictures and description on their hotels (--) listing. The place looked gorgeous and very classy. We also liked the proximity to Greenwich (2 exits away) and New York City (less than an hour away). But when we got there the hotel was in the midst of a renovation a...
