Classic New England with great service
I'm Marriott gold but frequently use this hotel for international customers and colleagues. The free breakfast may not quite match the residence inn but the ambiance, personal service and paid breakfast room are good. The restaurant is closed Mondays but is good for at least one night ... Staff is rude!
I stayed here for my friend's wedding. The staff was rude when checking in, as a map of the Simsbury Inn was tossed at me. The staff acted like the guests were a nuisance. Stayed in the Simsbury Inn while on business in the area. Very lovely hotel with the features of a large hotel, but the charm of a B&B. Not Exceptional
The servicer was not attended to smaller parties and took a long time to refill beverages. The mimosa was not chilled and did not use fresh orange juice.
