Bad Customer Service re Phone
We've stayed here a few times-- years ago-- and we occasionally ask our out-of-town guests to stay here. The room is OK and the location is good. It's the only game in town, really. This is the only lodging in West Hartford, so if you want to be in walking distance of the restaurants and shops in downtown West Hartford, this is your place. The room was comfortable enough. FROM BRADLEY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TAKE INTERSTATE 91 SOUTH, UNTIL IT BEGINS TO TURN INTO INTERSTATE 84 WEST. TAKE EXIT 43, TAKE A RIGHT AT THE END OF THE RAMP, CONTINUE TO THE STOP LIGHT AND TAKE A LEFT ON TROUT BROOK. CONTINUE STRAIGHT THROUGH THREE TRAFFIC LIGHTS AND TURN RIGHT AT THIRD LIGHT.
