NO customer service, I believe its a family own place, the elder brother has no respect for customers, but the younger brother is nice & polite.
So your stay at this place depends on whom you meet at the counter.

Just Plain Awful
This hotel is not for Travelers! Mostly every one I saw, LIVED there. When you first enter the room it smells of Smoke and Pine Sol. The towels and washcloths were very dingy! Travel Inn Wethersfield, Wethersfield, CT was deplorable. The Odor in the room permiated my clothing with in less than 5 mins of being in the room.
