The staff was very friendly though, and helpful with suggestions for restaurants, etc. Also, we were given an upgrade to a larger room at no extra cost, as they had over-booked our requested room. more on TravelPost.com

Forced to pay up front (100% non-refundable) BEFORE even seeing room and charged EXTRA (20%) for non-smoking room! Maybe this is why they were one of a "select" few establisments with vacancy on a Summer Friday!
