The staff at the Wilmington are very, very nice and helpful. The rooms are nice -- it's good to have a suite. But the facilities of this hotel are quite poor. The restaurant is incredibly bad. My club-level room in this wonderfully convenient hotel was one of the loveliest suites I've ever had.
