Still, the staff were welcoming, the room was comfortable, and the location was perfect: right across the street from Victoria Station, making it easy to catch the Gatwick Express the next morning. more on Venere.com

Lovely hotel, but if you pay a discounted rate dont think the room youre going to get will be anything like it is on the photos! more on Venere.com

The room was hot and stuffy, and the "cool" settings did not cool. The TV did not work, even after the repairman's visit. The sink would not drain, and the phone cord was broken (the repairman stuffed some paper into the connection ... more on Yahoo! Travel
