AN excellent location with an easy access to london heathro..you find yourself inside the lobby of the hotel.v good conceirge services;nice wide rooms and v good resturant.people at reception are cooperative but need to be more informative and quicker,the wirless internet needs to be free.overall experience is v good and certainly we will be back again. more on Agoda.com
