We went out for the evening, and upon our return we received a slightly better reception, but had to show our room key to prove we were residents. more on TripAdvisor

We loved the spacious room (we took a Junior Suite)-always a bonus in cities like London-my only complaint would be the bathroom, which was small and didn't live up to the standard of the room. more on TripAdvisor
