The Q lounge was good, free coffe and biscuits all day, free bar early evening. more on TripAdvisor

The conceirge staff were really helpful and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our short stay. more on TripAdvisor

I have to admit I got a good rate as well as an upgrade to a room with separate lounge /bedroom which made my stay excellent value for money. more on TripAdvisor
