A nightmare

We can't ever remember having such a negative experience. Arrived at the hotel and waited intently for the clerk to locate a room. We signed up for a king room and was told that there were none there. Avoid this place. General Manager, (very young kid) behavior was arrogant, rude, unorganized, inflexible and in our case, refused to honor a negotiated discount on 2 rooms.
