Terrible Place
Nightmare started AT CHECK IN, which took half an hour even with no one else checking in. Clerk kept running back and forth to another room in the office and answering the phone. The Homestead Inn had a nice small lake and the grounds were well kept and serene. The room, though small, was clean and convenient for a long stay. It had a kitchen and nice living quarters. We found that the Homestead hotel is good value if you are visisting an air show or any kind of event. We liked the idea that you can come and go anytime of the day and that it was self-catering.
