Never received my deposit back!
We stayed in Brandon for a convention in Feb. 2004. Procedure stunk, we waited most of the day for a room, and were treated like children. We almost didn't get a room because noone said there would be a $100.00 cash deposit, returnable after checkout. One week later, after completing all the requ...
