Room was not clean -sheets looked dirty, floor appeared unvacuumed, surfaces looked dusty, leftovers in fridge & cabinets, no cups for coffee, bathroom didn't look clean, bed was hard & uncomfortable, no lightbulbs-except 1-worked.
