Nature at your doorstep
Just spent the Memorial Day weekend at the Faraway Inn and had a wonderful stay. We are outdoor lovers and the location is ideal. The water is just steps from the door and the sunsets are beautiful. We found the Faraway on the web because we were looking for a pet friendly rental. Not only did we find pet friendly, we also found people friendly. My Wife and I made a last minute reservation and spent a night at this awesome place.. The rooms are clean, the grounds are cool and the staff is wonderful. A little disappointing
The 3 days that we just spent in Feb, 2004 were a little disappointing since the room for 2 people was quite cramp with all of the items that they try to fit into the room for your convenience. We enjoyed the Inn's location, the canoes, and their dog friendly attitude.
