Nice Hotel but terrible Management

This is a brand new Hampton Inn and Suites and I am big fan of Hampton Inn's and have become very brand loyal. The hotel is tastefully appointed and has all of the newest amenities that we have come to expect. I had a rate issue before arrival with the hotel when I tried to extend my reservation ... Nice hotel but front desk is a total "Hassle" for anything
First let me say that the rooms were nice, beds and pillows were wonderful. A block of rooms had been reserved at this hotel for a 50th Wedding Anniversary.
