Avoid like the BUBONIC PLAGUE

Wow...just wow. It has been about 4 months since I stayed at this place, and I'm still angry. The marketing team at Summer Bay is VERY deceptive. Stay away for your helath!!!

Ok, so we purchased a vacation package through Westgate Resorts and in turn we "Paid" for our "Gift" - a 3 night stay in Orlando. That should of been our first clue... Who pays for a freaking gift??? Wouldn't stay again

We booked our trip through Hotwire. After reading the reviews we were a bit nervous. When we checked in at about 8:00pm we were given two card keys and a room number.
