Situated on the main drag in Cocoa Beach, the Courtyard shares a parking lot with the Hampton, which I understand is under the same management. I chose this hotel based on the reviews I read on-line. All were praising the place. We arrived in town 6 hours early & stopped by to see if the room was available yet.
