OK place to stay

My husband and I planned to go to Cape Canaveral/Kennedy Space Center and needed a place to stay. We tried a few places on Atlantic Ave., but they were all sold out. This is a nice hotel in a very good location. Connected to the Cocoa Beach Surf Company and restaurant, Shark Reef Pit. Food there was good, happy hour and specials.
