very welcoming

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express, Cocoa Beach on a five day leg of our honeymoon, and were very impressed not only with the comfort afforded us in our room (which was kept impecably clean), but also with the helpfulness and courtesy of the staff. There are better choices in Cocoa Beach

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Cocoa Beach pre-cruise in December 2004. All in all, it wasn't great. Check-in was posted at 3 p.m., and when we arrived at 2:15 -- even though the place was empty -- they made us wait around in the lobby until exactly 3:00 before we could check in. Would never stay there again!

Very disappointing!!! We stayed for a family reunion & the pool that claimed to be "heated" was only "partially-heated" (from 11pm-6am) so that the hot tub could be heated during the day. Very Clean Hotel

We stayed for 4 nights with two teenage kids, and was very happy with this hotel. The pool was cool but not cold. There was about a 2 minute walk to the beach, which the staff at the front desk was very happy to give us directions. You could also walk to gift shops, food places, and the pier.
