I had a very pleasant stay here during peak season. The rooms, lobby and grounds have a very 'homey' feel to them. This is a family-owned hotel. We escaped to Cocoa Beach after a business trip in Orlando. Unfortunately, my husband wore himself out in Orlando and was a little tired/grumpy by the time we got to this inn.
