Not bad for $79 a night!

The rates in Coral Gables can easily run $150 a night so for $79 this is not a bad place to stay. As you can expect at this rate the service was average. Poor Hotel

Aweful service at front desk and resturant.With reservation in hands it took us more than an hour to be assigned the rooms. The lady at front desk ,for sure, did not know how to check in the people. Hotel under massive construction

This hotel should not even be opened!! There is no sign out front and it looks like it is being torn down. The lobby, hallways, interior is a disaster with no air conditioning, wires hanging down, walls and floors under repair and in complete chaos.
