We stayed at the Courtyard prior to a cruise departing from Ft. Lauderdale. We called the hotel upon arrival in Ft. Lauderdale. The staff was patient and helpful in giving instructions for their shuttle which was prompt. We arrived late due to flight problems. This hotel was perfect. They picked my group up from the airport very timely and dropped us off the next day at the cruise port. The staff was friendly and helpful.
