Be careful - you get what you pay for!

I hope others can benefit from our bad experience at Regal Palms. There are two ways to rent a home in this resort: You can book through Regal Palms (which is what we did) or you can rent directly from a home owner (through CyberRentals or other vacation rental websites). Please learn from our mistake and don't book your reservation through a travel site (like Trip Advisor, Traveloicity, or Expedia) or directly with the Regal Palms reservation desk - rent directly from a homeowner. Here's why: 1) While the house was clean, it was very poorly maintained - the sliding glass door to our patio was off its tracks when we arrived so we couldn't go out to our pool. It took ... Loved the pool complex

We booked through Travel City Direct (in the UK) and when we checked the reviews we were a little worried. However, when we did arrive I can only say that most of the reviews (in our case at least) were not valid. The staff were most helpful and very friendly - must be the way you talk to them. ...
