The room we had reserved was somehow unavailable when we got there. The first night we stayed in a regular room instead of the suite, which wasn't too bad except for the hole in the wall and lack of fridge. a great time
This place was just purchased by a new company. we stayed during the takeover. The new company is like night and day compared to the old 1. We have stayed here before. The Holiday Inn Daytona Bch Shores hotel provided a somewhat clean room and view of the dumpster area aka- beach front! The hot H2O faucet in the shower was stripped which was remedied immediately but we were forced to take a cold shower after returning from the beach. Daytona Bch is not the nice... Website has this hotel given details that I did not find once I arrived. Check in was OK with out any excitement by the desk clerk. The desk clerk did not speak english very well adding to the problems. The room was way overpriced for what was given. Don't Stay Here
I waited in the check in line for 15 minutes behind one couple. During that time two people had come down from their rooms to complain about keys not working and no towels available by the pool.
