This was one of the worst experiences that I've ever had. My husband and I booked a stay utilizing a RCI certificate. Upon arrival, we provided a Mastercard debit/credit for a $250 deposit. We stayed for one week at the Dover House and were pleasantly surprised that the facility is just across the street from the beach (just as advertised).
