unfortunate experience

Since we had children, we selected the room with bunk beds. Unfortunately this means the room you are in is on a floor FULL of kids. The floor was loud and our room was over the pool on the second floor. Since the pool doesnt close until 11pm, we didn't get much sleep. Also, since when do you pay... Pam, a user of hotels.com.
