I made a reservation directly with Holiday Inn, I had two confirmation numbers for 2 rooms, halfway there, i called and confirmed the reservation and was told the reservation was fine. My family and I went for a long weekend and stayed in this hotel. The service was excellent, and we were immediatey given everything we asked for. Extra firm pillows, extra coffee, early check-in.
