Two timer---1st & last time.

The overall property is nice, I guess. Beware if you are staying at "The Terrace", the sister condos, that you are not near the beach at all. Prepare to hike across a long, hot parking lot. Best Beach in the US?

This was our second visit to Destin - we stumbled upon it on New Years day 2005 by accident. Loved Destin! Beautiful white sand, aquarium clear water and very clean. Pelican Beach is in an excellent location but I would think twice about staying there again.
