Nice waterfront view and locale near town

We enjoyed the location right next to the marina and at the harbor. Also, it was convenient to the little Dunedin town area. Not as expected

Nice location but the room was much less than expected. Stains on carpet, screws in the walls with no pictures hanging from them. We were not advised of the free breakfast and missed the first morning. The second morning we arrived at 9:40 AM for breakfast and all was over and put away.
