It's location is very convenient to highway 1, the florida turnpike, evergaldes national park and local stores and restaurants. more on TripAdvisor

The room was large and had a microwave, fridge and 70 channel cable tv. more on TripAdvisor

The nightly rate was only $35, much cheaper than similarly dumpy motels in homestead. more on TripAdvisor

Negatives were that there was no daily maid service of any kind and the room was dusty, fridge and microwave were filthy but worked. more on TripAdvisor
