Okay for relatively cheap digs

My complaint is with Hotels.com because upon arrival the motel did not have our reservation, so it took a 1/2 hour to get it straightened out. The room itself was basic. A little peeling paint by the bathtub, not enough pillows. What I expect in a discount motel. I think ... a traveler, a user of hotels.com. Read full review on Hotels.com
