I am writing this review from my wonderful bed. The linens are a mazing. This bed is a refuge where to hide from all other room shortcomings. I shared my concerns with management and they were quick to adress 25% of my list, neglecting all other problems and failing follow-up or apologize via phone, a personal note or in person.
