The kitchen staff were nice, though. more on TripAdvisor

There was dog feces in the stairway for a couple of days before it was cleaned (not the source of the hallway odor). more on TripAdvisor

Breakfast is best had elsewhere. more on TripAdvisor

Must admit, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel as room was large, appears to have been just renovated and very clean. more on TripAdvisor

Staff is (oddly) unfamiliar with the area and cannot make dining recommendations (we found a great breakfast at the Coral Springs Diner a few lights west on Sample Rd on the left). more on TripAdvisor

Stayed here over Thanksgiving while visiting family. It was fine. The room was big and clean but smelled like it was once a smoking room. I assume that we were placed there because we had teh dog with ... more on TripAdvisor

Outdated hotel. Smelled like cigarettes. Paper thin walls. Police were at a fellow customer's room??? Good location. ... more on TripAdvisor

The desk clerk was very rude and argumentive. Very quick to answer you before you have completed your question. Elevators broke, could only go either the 1st floor or 5th, and when you informed anyone ... more on TripAdvisor

Thought the hotel, area and staff were right on time.....Cesar and all the other people I had contact with were more than pleasant and helpful....really did enjoy stay here....area cant be beat....ver ... more on TripAdvisor

Stayed there last year and it was fabulous...newly redecorated. This year the hallways were sleezy, dirty, pets had been locked in the bathroom and scratched the door, smokers had smoked on our floor ... more on TripAdvisor
