Good location for the price. Nice beach.
The Neptune Inn was an average beach hotel. It was older, but clean and had a nice, easily accessible beach. Half of the Neptune Inn is being converted to condos and the other half (currently the hotel area) will be at some point. Had to park across the street due to construction, but I think we ... the biggest let down in flordia
This experience at the Neptune was the worst in all my travels to Florida. They advertise they have Plasma TVs no that won't happen you have a tv that is 20 years old and only has 5 channels. There are two sides to this hotel: the old and the new. Both were clean and well maintained. However, after getting locked out of our "older" room, we were offered a "newer" room which was excellent.
