Tired old place. . .misleading reservations info

When booking our room via phone, I asked for a waterfront room with balcony. Upon check-in, we were assigned a room that had neither. The 'landscaping' is non-existent. i loved the place

This was the most superb and magnificent place i have ever stayed at. the landscaping was breathtaking, the staff was outstanding and the pools were nice and warm. the atmosphere was incredible and it was clean and spacious.
