Basic, good value MOTEL

This is the place to stay for convenience when visiting residents of the retirement community, Sun City Center, FL. Perhaps if you're a golfer, this motel would be more to your liking, since it does have a Ben Sutton (whoever he is) golf school. However, neither us nor our visitees are golfers. Each room is the same, 2 double beds (somewhat lumpy/bumpy) and bath (plus there is a heat-lamp in the bathroom in case you feel cold when you step out of the tub).
