Don't do it

Before you arrive, they send you a Contract. I arrived in Ft. Myers, and drove 3 hours to get there at 9:30pm. They made me sign in for the $250 deposit, and then wanted to make me sign another slip for the balance, insisting I pay for all 5 nights at once. I felt Very uncomfortable and asked to see ... I can't rave enough about this place!

We had a difficult tike finding a place to accomodate three people in a single room right on the beach.( Most places are two room or more suites and we did not need anything that big) Most hotels on this island are private owned, no chains and I had not idea what to expect, never having been to Anna Marie island before.
