This timeshare resort is across the street from the Gulf of Mexico in a fairly quiet area. We rented a Studio room for 3 nights during the week of the 4th of July. We stayed here for 5 nights...the one bedroom was very roomy but the view is deceiving ....coastal but from the side... the balcony in the back is backed up to shrubs, trees, bees, and NO view...we could not sit out there becase of the bees and bugs.. the front balcony was open with with everyone... lindaheck, a user of Tripadvisor.
