I had similar experiences with Sandglo. I informed the management that as I was on a business trip that I must have a receipt with a zero balance before I could leave. Very similar experience to Jan review in trip advisor.A night mare from start to finish.The episode started when i e-mailed the sand glo and requested dates in early april - 07 .
