I always book my hotel with hotels.com because they are never wrong with their reviews.......well I must say they are a little off on this one...they said 3 stars...so I was expecting a good hotel...let me tell you we really loved this hotel, it is so nice, clean, the beds are so comfortable and room service was great. more on Hotels.com

I've had a double bed room as well as a king size bed, the beds are sooooo comfortable but for the resturant in the Hyatt in Chicago Network the prices are crazy as well as the room service....but I can't wait to go back to either Hyatt the best hotel by far. more on Yahoo! Travel

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel--I thought the location was perfect--you couldn't have gotten a better view of the river and it was a 2 minute walk to the Jacksonville Landing, which has shops and bars and great food! more on TravelPost.com
