The pool was cleaned every other day so they handled that. more on TripAdvisor

It was clean except for one room with a torn up couch in it. more on TripAdvisor

We called and complained (yes, dealt with Ash) and he said the would get the pool taken care of and refund 1/2 our stay. more on TripAdvisor
