2.0: Not a 3 star hotel as Priceline told me

I bid on a 3 star hotel on priceline - the highest I could get in that area without going with a resort. If you read the description of a 3 star hotel on Priceline.com it says: "...these hotels feature high quality rooms and well-decorated public spaces". When I found out that this was the hotel that I won the bid on I immediately searched various different online sites for reviews. Many reviewers said the same thing as I am going to say - not a 3 star hotel but a 2 star hotel. Before we left for the trip I complained to Priceline but they told me a lot of research goes into this - blah blah blah - and that they assured me this was a 3 star ...
