If you stay at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, you might as well skip the Animal Kingdom itself. The wildlife in the savannah that is the hotel's centerpiece is every bit as good. Wildlife out your window

We booked a standard view at DAKL and were upgraded to a balcony savannah view at no extra charge. Housekeeping wasn't the greatest. Our sheets smelled like "feet" - we asked to have them changed. Lovely time...but I have some advise.

We loved the AKL, it was beautiful, truly a place to relax even w/ all the animals, be sure to get Zebra trail for your room stay, if they want to put you in sunset trail ABSOLUTELY refuse!!!
