My family and I stayed here for four nights in August. The hotel is wonderful. We arrived early and were offered another room but the duty manager said we should wait for the room we had been allocated to be cleaned. Suprisingly Luxurious
This hotel was excellent for several reasons. First of all, it's the highest rated Disney Hotel. Second, compared to other Disney Resorts, this one actually has some character, class, and luxury to it. It was Ok
I usually love the Disney Resorts but this was a first I thought that their flagship resort would be amazing. Lobby: Check-in was fast and the staff was very nice, but the room wasn't ready so they put our luggage in storage until the room was ready we got back around three to get ready for dinne... disneytravelfanatic, a user of Tripadvisor.
