we were on a two day break to this hotel and whilst we thought the hotel was clean and the rooms were o.k. it was a shame that when we went to breakfast we were told there was a 25 min wait, which turned out to be 45mins! and as by the time we were actually shown to a table 15 mins before the re... Best Disney Hotel!
We just returned from a 5 night stay at this absolutely BEAUTIFUL RESORT! We are Florida residents, so we have been to Disney several times and have stayed on Disney properties a number of times. Very Disappointing
For a so-called luxury resort, Disney sure disappointed. Cheap worn towels, no tissues, hair in the bathroom from a previous visitor. Even at breakfast, when we went to get a cup of coffee, we were charged $1.89 for a cup of hot water and 2 packets of instant mix.
