Great hotel. The only drawback is there is an $8 per night charge to park and $8 per day to use the health club even if you are a guest at the hotel. The hotel IS NOT owned by Disney,thus does havethe save governing ... a traveler, a user of hotels.com. Read full review on Hotels.com

I was very disappointed in this hotel for the type of hotel is was "supposed" to be. It was under renovation. Also, two of the trash cans in our room had trash in them - one of them a dirty diaper! Think twice before staying
I was VERY disappointed with the Swan. For the price, quality was very poor. While the staff was friendly and helpful, the accomodations were seriously lacking. We went through 5 different rooms before finding one acceptable to stay in - one of the rooms was unbearably musty. You should definitel... herbstsa, a user of citysearch.com. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The transportation to and from the different parks was outstanding. This is not a hotel for a rowdy bunch.
