My wife and I were on a weekend getaway. We have been to Lake Wales many times and Love it. This time we stayed at the Red carpet Inn. No one in office when arrived, waited outside too long for assistance. Asked for (reservations made prior to arrival) non-smoking room, saw two used ashtrays in room upon entry.
