They did, after a lot of discussion, upgrade me to a nicer room but offered no help with our luggage, etc. Though I thought the issue was resolved, somewhat to my satisfaction....my credit card was charged at a higher than agreed upon rate. more on Yahoo! Travel

Although the hotel is located on the ocean. It does have a wonderful view. However, the rooms are nothing like the picture in your website. They are tired and need updating. Nothing matches and they smell of disinfectent. ... more on Yahoo! Travel

THE perfect location and a true beach experience.
If you prefer the Ritz Carlton do not go anywhere in lauderdale by the sea. But, if you do go to LBTS this will be the most pleasant experience. They are wonderful.
