Nice quiet place, convenient location
We just returned from a busy vacation that had us based in Lauderdale By The Sea. We stayed a couple of nights at the Breakaway Inn and found the room spacious and clean. Not clean at all!!!

a little too frugal
For $45 a night the place is tolorable, however for another $10-$20 you can find much better accomodations closer to the beach than this one. Our main complaint was the A/C.
